In a tweet on Tuesday, Mr. Modi said, Narayan Debnath brightened several lives through his works, cartoons and illustrations and his works reflected his intellectual prowess. The Prime Minister said, the characters Narayan Debnath created will remain eternally popular. He paid condolences to the family and admirers of Narayan Debnath.
