Union Minister of State for Entrepreneurship, Skill Development, Electronics & Technology Rajeev Chandrasekhar will be on a two day visit to Nagaland starting from today. He will arrive in Kohima this morning from Imphal by road. On his arrival, the Minister will inaugurate the Software Technology Parks of India Centre at Kohima and distribute the Kaushal Acharya Award and thereafter an inspection visit to ITI Kohima. Later he will attend a programme celebrating Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday at state BJP office. The visiting Minister will also call on Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio.
On the second day of his tour, Chandrasekhar will visit the Skill Upgradation Centre for Tribal Women under SANKALP and Handicraft Industry Cluster at Dimapur.
