J&K: MoS for Parliamentary Affairs Arjun Ram Meghwal visits Panchari block under public outreach programme

Minister of State for Parliamentary Affairs Arjun Ram Meghwal visited Panchari block of Udhampur district in Jammu and Kashmir yesterday under Central Government’s public outreach programme.

Mr Meghwal participated in a Public Outreach Programme in Panchari aimed at identifying areas where the Union Territory Government and Centre needs to act for the benefit of the people.

Responding to the demands of public, the Minister said, every possible effort is being made to reach out to the general public and redress their grievances at their doorsteps as the Government is committed to hundred per cent transparency and accountability in its functioning. Mr Meghwal also laid foundation stone of 25 KVA Sub-Station along with HT Line at Saddal and inaugurated number of works of Rural Development Department.
