Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu inaugurates three COVID-19 vaccination centres in Telangana, Andhra Pradesh

Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu has inaugurated three COVID-19 vaccination centres in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh under Swarna Bharati Trust.

Speaking after opening the vaccination centres at a programme held at Mucchintal near Hyderabad, he asked people to follow COVID protocol even after taking two doses of Vaccine.

Stating that there is no need for misconceptions about vaccine, he said the National Vaccination Programme should become a mass movement.

He said the unusual crisis like COVID pandemic should be dealt with out-of-box strategies with the help of all stakeholders. He called upon intellectuals, artists and sportspersons to thwart the myths about vaccines among people.

Swarna Bharati trust started these three vaccination centres at a time in Hyderabad, Vijayawada and Nellore in which about 5 thousand people have been vaccinated.

Bharat Biotech Managing Director Suchitra Ella also attended.
