COVID-19 India: More than 1 cr 9 lakh vaccine doses administered in single day

India administered one crore COVID19 vaccines on Tuesday. This is the second time, India has crossed one crore vaccination in a single day.

 

Health Minister Mansukh Mandaviya said, highest one-day record of 1.09 crore vaccine doses was achieved till 6 pm Tuesday and still counting.

He said, under Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is fighting strongly against corona. Health Minister Mandaviya congratulated people for the achievement.

He also applauded the hard work of COVID warriors and the diligence of citizens in helping achieve this momentous feat of more than 50 crore cumulative administrations of the 1st dose of the vaccine.

India’s COVID-19 vaccination coverage has also consequently crossed 65 crore landmark milestone on Tuesday.
