Yogesh Kathuniya bags Silver in Men’s Discus Throw.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has congratulated Yogesh Kathuniya on winning Silver Medal at Tokyo Paralympics. In a tweet, Mr Modi said, it was an outstanding performance by Yogesh Kathuniya and the nation is delighted that he brings home the Silver medal. The Prime Minister said, his exemplary success will motivate budding athletes. He also wishing him the very best for his future endeavours.

Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu has congratulated to Avani Lekhara for winning Gold and Yogesh Kathuniya for bagging a Silver in Tokyo Paralympics. In a tweet, Mr Naidu said, they are an inspiration to all and the entire nation is proud of their accomplishments. He conveyed his best wishes for their bright future ahead.

Sports Minister Anurag Thakur has congratulated Yogesh Kathuniya on winning Silver Medal. In a tweet, Mr Thakur said, in his 1st Paralympics Yogesh Kathuniya bagged Silver. He said, India’s Paralympians are making the nation immensely proud and it’s thrilling to see them in action. He said, Yogesh’s throw was the best in the season with 44.38 metres.
