President Ram Nath Kovind will visit Ayodhya today. Mr Kovind will travel from Lucknow to Ayodhya by special presidential train. He is on a 4-day visit to Uttar Pradesh. Mr Kovind will launch many development projects for Ayodhya and inaugurate the Ramayana Conclave. Governor Anandiben Patel and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will be present on the occasion.
President Ram Nath Kovind will become the first Indian President to visit Ayodhya when he reaches the temple town on a special train this afternoon to offer prayers at the Ram Janmabhoomi. The President is also likely to offer prayers at the Hanuman Garhi temple and witness the ongoing construction work of Ram Mandir. He will inaugurate the Ramayana conclave which will start from today and will continue till 1st November this year in different parts of state.
The conclave will be organised in Gorakhpur, Baliya, Varanasi, Vindhyachal, chitrakoot, Lalitpur, shringverpur bithoor, Bijnor, Bareilly, Ghaziabad, Mathura, garhmukteshwar, Saharanpur and Lucknow also.
Ramayana conclave will have special experts and Katha vachaks who will narrate and discuss the various events of the holy Ramayana. Many cultural programs in different dialects will also be organised during the conclave in the evening. Mr Kovind will also launch various development projects including renovation of Tulsi Smarak Bhavan and development of Nagar Bus Stand and Ayodhya Dham.
