Gold prices fall Rs 20 at Multi Commodity Exchange for October contracts

Gold prices on Thursday fell 20 rupees at Multi Commodity Exchange for October contracts in sync with fall in the international markets. The precious metal was trading at 47,160 rupees per 10 gram.

Silver prices also fell 300 rupees to 62,980 rupees per kilogram for September Contracts when reports last came in.

In the New York Mercantile Exchange, gold was down to trade at 1,790 US dollars and 50 cents per ounce. Silver prices were also down to trade at 23 dollars and 80 cents per ounce in intra-day trade.
