PM Modi expresses anguish over loss of lives due to accident in Buldhana district of Maharashtra

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has expressed anguish on the loss of lives due to an accident in Buldhana district of Maharashtra.

Mr Modi has expressed condolences to the bereaved families.

He hoped that the injured will recover soon.

Mr Modi also announced that an ex-gratia of Rs. 2 lakh each from Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund (PMNRF) will be given to the next of kin of the deceased. 50 thousand rupees will be given to injured.

At least 13 labourers were killed after a vehicle ferrying them overturned in Maharashtra’s Buldhana district yesterday.
