LG Manoj Sinha dedicates 100 feet high Tricolor in Srinagar to indomitable spirit of J&K

In a historic event to mark the celebrations of 75th Independence Day, Lieutenant Governor, Manoj Sinha yesterday dedicated a 100 feet high Tricolor at Shakti Peeth, Haari Parbat in Srinagar to the indomitable spirit of Jammu and Kashmir.

Mr Manoj Sinha observed that our tricolor is a symbol of selflessness, purity, and sacrifice and it belongs to all of us equally and unites us in diversity. As a part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav, the idea for the Tricolor atop at Shakti Peeth Haari Parbat in Srinagar was conceptualized by the Indian Army and completed with the support of Flag Foundation of India, J&K Government, Central Reserve Police Force and the people of Kashmir.
