BJP attacks Congress, other parties for raking up Pegasus snooping issue without any evidence

Bharatiya Janata Party(BJP) today attacked Congress and other parties for raking up the Pegasus snooping issue without any evidence. Briefing reporters in New Delhi, Senior BJP leader Ravi Shankar Prasad said that the Congress has not given any evidence till date that the phones of their party leaders have been tapped.

He said, when the Electronic and IT Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw was making a statement on Pegasus issue in the Parliament, the members of the Opposition party torn the papers in front of the Minister. Mr Prasad said, the government is ready for discussion on the issue, but the Congress is disrupting the proceedings of the both the houses of the Parliament.
