Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has said that more than one lakh health volunteers have registered for the ‘Rashtriya Swasthya Swayamsevak Abhiyan’ which began on 28th of July. BJP President JP Nadda had started the programme from the party headquarters in New Delhi to train health volunteers across the country.
The BJP President has fixed a target for the party to reach out two lakh villages through this programme and set the target of training four lakh health volunteers across the country. Under the training programme, two health volunteers – one male and one female in each booth will be trained who will take care of their respective booths for the Corona virus pandemic. They will be equipped with an oximeter, thermometer, antibody boosters and rapid antigen test kit.
