Telangana reports 623 fresh cases of COVID-19

Telangana reported 623 fresh COVID cases during the past 24 hours. The state government in its Covid Bulletin stated that currently the state has over 9 thousand active cases. The number of COVID cases reported so far in the state has gone up to over 6 lakh 43 thousand. While the recovery rate reported at 97.98 per cent, 746 more people recovered from the disease. This took the total recoveries in the state to over 6 lakh 30 thousand.

Meanwhile, 3 more died due to COVID and other comorbidities in the state during the past 24 hours taking the toll to 3 thousand 796.

Meanwhile, GHMC area reported 70 new covid cases during the past 24 hours while Karimnagar district reported 68, Waranagal Urban district reported 67  and Khammam reported 51  fresh COVID cases during the same time.
