Prime Minister Narendra Modi today shared the video of a herd of around 3,000 black bucks crossing the road at Velavadar National Park in Bhavnagar district of Gujarat and described the rare sighting as excellent.
The Prime Minister retweeted the video originally shared by Gujarat State Information Department in which over thousands of black bucks are seen leaping high in the air while crossing the road in the national park.
Velavadar National Park is located at 42 kilometres from Bhavnagar city and spread over 42 square kilometres area. Established in the year 1976, the park is famous for black buck, blue bulls and variety of bird species. There are around 120 species of birds that can be found in and around the park.
