JKPCC criticises decision of UT govt to issue domicile certificate to husband of native woman

J&K Pradesh Congress Committee (JKPCC) has criticised the decision of the UT Government to issue a domicile certificate to the spouse/husband of a native woman, who is a domicile holder in the UT.

Senior Congress leader Raman Bhalla while commenting on the decision of the UT Government said that Government is opening flood gates to open up land and jobs to outsiders at the cost of J&K residents.  He alleged that BJP has betrayed people, as it had promised that lands & jobs will be protected for locals only even after abrogation of Article 370.
