Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa meets BJP president, Defence Minister

Amid reports that he has offered to quit, Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yediyurappa today said, no one asked him for resignation. Talking to reporters after meeting with BJP President J P Nadda in New Delhi, Mr. Yediyurappa said, there was no discussion over leadership change in the state. He said, he has discussed with Mr. Nadda on various matters including further strengthening the party’s prospects in Karnataka ahead of 2023 assembly elections.

The Chief Minister also met Defence Minister Rajnath Singh.
