911 persons tested positive for COVID during last 24 hours in Manipur

911 persons including 14 personnel from the Central Armed Police Force were tested positive for COVID-19 during the last 24 hours in Manipur. These cases were detected among the testing of 6320 samples.

On the other hand, 14 people lost their lives due to COVID-19 in the last 24 hours thus increasing the total fatality due to the pandemic to 1,272.

Meanwhile, 570 COVID-19 patients were discharged from the hospitals after recovering from infection in the past 24 hours. The total number of recovered cases stands at 69,224 and the total positive case 77,731. The recovery rate is 89.05 percent. The active case stands at 7235.
