Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao reiterated that State government would fight on all available platforms without any compromise to protect the interests of State farmer for securing its rightful share on the Krishna waters.
He said the Andhra Pradesh State Government’s attitude and stand on the river water sharing may harm the Telangana farmers’ interests. The Chief Minister held a high-level review meeting Yat Pragathi Bhavan in Hyderabad which went till late in the night. The meeting discussed the strategy to be adapted to get the State its rightful allocation of waters in the river waters and the future course of action. The State also decided to make its voice heard strong in the Courts, Tribunals and in the coming session of the Parliament.
