Karnataka Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa has announced a few more relaxations in the lockdown norms. The relaxation will come into effect from tomorrow morning and will continue till 19th of July.
Addressing media persons in Bengaluru yesterday after a meeting with Cabinet ministers, the Chief Minister said that the weekend curfew in effect in the state will be lifted but the night curfew will continue from 9 pm to 5 am every day.
The Chief Minister said, Government and Private offices can work with 100 percent manpower instead of just 50 percent. Similarly, metro rail and public transport can allow passengers to their 100 percent seating capacity.
Malls can open following Covid protocol. He however said that cinema halls and pubs will remain closed and large gatherings will not be allowed.
