Meghalaya reports 577 new COVID 19 cases

In Meghalaya, 577 fresh new COVID 19 cases were reported in the last 24 hours including six deaths. Directorate of Health Services informed in a statement that the deaths were reported two each from West Jaintia Hills and West Khasi Hills districts and one each from East Khasi Hills and South West Khasi Hills districts. The State also logged 250 recoveries in the last 24 hours.

Meghalaya has so far registered 50,090 confirmed COVID 19 cases where 4,537 are active and 44,709 are recovered including 844 deaths. 6,98,762 people in the State have been inoculated with the COVID 19 vaccine till date.
