BJP President J P Nadda emphasizes on adopting Covid vaccination drive as mission mode

BJP national President J P Nadda has emphasised in adopting the Covid vaccination drive as a mission mode. Addressing the Assam State BJP’s executive committee meeting virtually today, Mr. Nadda asked Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma and state party President to give utmost priority in vaccination. He said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi allocated 35 thousand crore rupees for vaccination.

Mr. Nadda said it was the largest and fastest vaccination program in the world and India has vaccinated more than the US, France and Britain among other countries. He said that the Prime Minister took initiative to solve the shortage of medical oxygen within a week.

Criticising the opposition parties for their stand on vaccination drive, Mr. Nadda said that only BJP workers are with the people to help them. He said that apart from vaccination, Mr. Modi has taken steps to help people through PM Garib Kalyan Yojna. Mr. Nadda thanked people of Assam for supporting the NDA in the recently concluded assembly polls. Meanwhile, legislator and former Minister Bhabesh Kalita has taken charge as the state BJP President today from the outgoing President Ranjeet Kumar Dass.
