Anil Deshmukh asked to appear before ED tomorrow at 11 AM

Former state home minister Anil Deshmukh, facing the probe regarding asking police officials to collect 100 crores of ransom from pub and bar owners in Mumbai, has been summoned by Enforcement Directorate or ED again. He has been asked to appear before ED tomorrow at 11 AM. He had already been summoned on Saturday but Deshmukh had requested to give some time.

Former Mumbai police commissioner Parambir Singh had alleged that, Deshmukh asked police officers to collect 100 crores ransom from pubs and bars owners in Mumbai. Parambir Singh approached Mumbai high court and it has directed ED to start a probe against Deshmukh.
