Angelique Kerber wins inaugural Bad Homburg Open with victory over Katerina Siniakova

In Frankfurt, former world No .1 Germany’s Angelique Kerber won the inaugural Bad Homburg Open with a 6-3, 6-2 victory over world No. 76 Katerina Siniakova of the Czech Republic to clinch her 13th WTA career singles title.

Now Kerber moves to Wimbledon, where she has a 31-11 career win-loss record, including the 2018 title, the 2016 final and a run to the semis in 2012.
