Bihar: Unlock 3.0 extended for two weeks with certain restrictions

In Bihar, Unlock 3.0 has been extended for two weeks with certain restrictions. This will be effective from 23rd of June to 6th of July. This decision was taken at a meeting of the Crisis Management Group headed by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar.

According to revised guidelines, the government and private offices will function with hundred per cent attendance. Shops and business establishments will open till 7 p.m. on alternate days.

Night curfew will continue from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. next morning. Parks and gardens will be open from 6 a.m. to 12 noon. Educational institutions and religious places will remain closed. Online teaching will continue in educational institutions.

Government and private functions at common places have been prohibited. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said, the restrictions during unlock have had a positive impact in the state. Mr Kumar said, the positivity rate has declined and recovery rate increased after restrictions.
