Karnataka govt to organise free vaccination drive for sportspersons

Karnataka Youth Affairs and Sports minister Dr. Narayanagowda has said that a free vaccination drive will be organised exclusively for the sportspersons.

Speaking to the media in Bengaluru today, he informed that he will inaugurate the vaccination drive in Kanteerva Stadium in the city tomorrow.

The minister added that the drive will continue till all the sports persons are vaccinated in the state.

The plan is to vaccinate over 10,000 sports persons.

Those above the age of 18 are eligible to receive the vaccine.
