In Bihar, over one crore six lakh people have been vaccinated in the state so far. Health Minister Mangal Pandey said, Tika Express vehicle will run from today in urban areas across the state to provide vaccines to beneficiaries at their Mohalla. For vaccination there will be on spot registration and beneficiaries have to show Aadhaar card.
Meanwhile, the state’s COVID recovery rate has risen to over 97 per cent, while the test positivity rate has declined to 1.08 per cent. The number of active cases is also decreasing and presently stands at 12 thousand 590. Over six lakh 91 thousand people have so far recovered from the infection. One thousand 158 fresh cases were reported in the state during the last 24 hours and two thousand 772 people recovered yesterday.
