11,051 fresh cases of Covid-19 reported in Madhya Pradesh

Madhya Pradesh on Sunday reported 11,051 fresh Covid-19 cases and 86 fatalities, taking the tally of infections to 6,71,763 and the toll to 6,420.

AIR correspondent reports that the covid positivity rate declined to 16. 9 percent. A total of 4,538 patients were recovered from infection yesterday. More than 200 new cases of Covid reported in 11 districts of the state. Indore reported 1,679, while Bhopal reported 1,556 new cases.

Free treatment is being provided under the Mukhya Mantri Covid Sahayata Yojana to 19 thousand 710 Covid patients. Meanwhile, Union Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan launched the “Registration of Doctors as Volunteer” app. Doctors from India and abroad will be able to join it and give medical advice to the public.
