1404 COVID 19 cases recorded this week in Sikkim

A total of 1404 COVID 19 cases have been recorded this week in Sikkim. With this, the state’s COVID case tally grew to 8,441 with 1,808 active cases and 6,304 recoveries.

Another COVID19 fatality was recorded on Sunday, taking total fatalities to 149. Of the new 230 COVID19 infections, East Sikkim district reported 143, taking total cases to 6384. South Sikkim reported 58 new cases with a total of 1269 cases while West Sikkim reported 26 new cases with a total of 488 cases. North Sikkim recorded three new cases, taking the district tally to 120 cases. New 68 recoveries were also recorded in the state in the last 24 hours.
