Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal has said that ICU bed capacity in the National Capital will be enhanced by nearly 1200 more beds in the next two weeks. Mr. Kejriwal and Delhi’s Health Minister Satyendar Jain visited Ramlila Ground today to inspect construction work of an additional COVID Care Centre. Speaking to the media, the Chief Minister informed that almost all ICU beds in Delhi are currently occupied. He said, 500 ICU beds each will be installed at the ground near GTB hospital and the main Ramlila Ground. Mr. Kejriwal also informed that 200 ICU beds will be added at the COVID Health facility at Radha Soami complex.
