PM Modi is source of inspiration, says MKB listener Sadhna from Bihar

The name of woman entrepreneur Sadhna Devi, who is from Nawada district in Bihar, was mentioned in the Prime Minister’s monthly Radio programme Mann Ki Baat three years ago.

Mr Narendra Modi had encouraged her for being associated in the field of self-employment.

Talking to AIR, Sadhna Devi said, lives of women have changed in Khanwa village who are engaged on a technically better solar spinning wheel. She said the Prime Minister is still a source of inspiration for her and her co-workers who are engaged in the spinning of thread.

Sadhna Devi said, after the government provided solar spinning wheels, they are getting a respectful income in a remote village which was facing unemployment.
