2006 Monchengladbach

The last Hockey World Cup was held at M�nchengladbach, Germany from September 6 to September 17, 2006. Germany won for second consecutive time after beating Australia 4-3. Germany's Ulrich Bubolz received the Best Goalkeeper trophy and his teammate Christopher Zeller received the Most Promising Player trophy.
