T20 cricket tournament inaugurated at Kungamdora Pattan in J&K

In a significant move to resume different sports activities that were halted due to the outbreak of COVID-19 pandemic, Deputy Commissioner Baramulla Dr G N Itoo in presence of District Youth Services and Sports Officer inaugurated T20 cricket tournament at Kungamdora Pattan today with strict adherence of  SOPs and guidelines.

While reiterating the administration’s commitment towards development of sports and requisite infrastructure, DC said that various initiatives are being taken in this regard. The DC distributed various sports items among the teams. He also said that during ‘Back to Village- Phase 3’, special focus will be given to redressal of issues and grievances of the youth.
