Most Asian stocks today traded in a narrow range and ended mixed.

Hong Kong's Hang Seng climbed two percent and South Korea’s KOSPI added marginally to close flat.

On the other hand, Japan's Nikkei-225 plunged 0.8 percent while China’s Shanghai Composite index and Singapore's Straits Times, both fell marginally by 0.1 percent.

European stocks hit record highs on optimism around a global stimulus-led economic rebound after the U.S.

Federal Reserve pledged to keep monetary policy loose. In intra-day trade.
