In Madhya Pradesh, a case has been registered against at least 30 unidentified people for showing black flags to BJP leader Jyotiraditya M Scindia.

According to BJP leaders, some people in Kamla Park area tried to stop Mr. Scindia's convoy on the way to the airport yesterday.

In protest against the incident, BJP workers staged a sit-in at Shyamala Hills Police Station near the Chief Minister's residence till late last night.

Former Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister and BJP leader Shivraj Singh Chauhan said that an attempt was made to attack Mr. Scindia by stopping the car and throwing stones at him. This clearly shows that the law and order in the state has collapsed. He added that we have demanded an inquiry into the incident.
