Bihar: 66 candidates left in fray after withdrawal of nomination papers for 4th phase

In Bihar, 66 candidates are left in the fray after the last day for withdrawal of nomination papers for the 4th phase of Lok Sabha election in Five parliamentary constituencies.

No nomination paper has been withdrawn in the five constituencies of Munger, Darbhanga, Samastipur, Ujiarpur and Begusarai.

Munger Lok Sabha constituency has the maximum number of 19 contestants. 18 nominees are in the fray from Ujiarpur, 11 from Samastipur, 10 from Begusarai and 08 candidates in Darbhanga parliamentary constituency.
Rashtriya Lok Samta Party president Upendra Kushwaha, BJP state president Nityanand Rai, Union minister Giriraj Singh, former president of JNU Student Union Kanhaiya Kumar, state cabinet minister Rajiv Ranjan Singh alias Lalan Singh, former state finance minister Abdul Bari Siddiqui and younger brother of LJP Chief Ram Vilas Paswan Ramchandra Paswan are prominent faces in the fourth phase.
