Govt says, Indian citizens are traveling to and from 27 countries under air bubble arrangements with GoI

Civil Aviation Minister Hardeep Singh Puri has said that Indian citizens are traveling to and from 27 countries with whom the Government of India has air bubble arrangements. He said, some countries, including Saudi Arabia, have placed entry restrictions on Indian citizens among others. However, Vande Bharat Mission flights continue to bring back Indians from Saudi Arabia.
 
In a tweet, Mr Puri said, our planes are flying empty to Saudi Arabia and are bringing back our citizens stranded there. He said, we will be able to carry Saudi Arabia bound passengers once the travel restrictions on Indians are eased by Saudi Arabia.
