Bihar govt orders closure of hostels amid Coronavirus outbreak

Bihar government has ordered closure of government and  private hostels with immediate effect throughout the state in view of Coronavirus outbreak.

Lodges have also been closed. Patna High Court will now hear cases till 12 noon as precautionary measures.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar has said the state government will bear all the expenditures to be incurred on the treatment of patients found infected with Coronavirus. He said the government will pay ex gratia of 4 lakh rupees to the next of kin of those who die of Coronavirus.
