Announcing this today, the Chief coordinator of Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Birth Centenary Celebration National Implementation Committee Kamal Abdul Naser said that though the programmes will continue between 17th and 26th March, these will be rearranged due to the prevailing Coronavirus situation across the world. The details of the rescheduled programme will be announced soon. He said that the grand rally will be held later in which foreign guests would be invited again.

The government of Bangladesh had planned to hold a grand celebration on 17th March to mark the beginning of the ‘Mujib Barsho’, the year long centenary celebration of Sheikh Mujibur Rahman.
