2nd round of E Auction of 2,772 mementos received by PM Modi to be held during Sep 14 to Oct 3

Culture minister Prahlad Patel today said his ministry is organising second round of the E Auction of 2,772 mementos received by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on several occasions. Speaking to reporters, Mr Patel said the auction is scheduled to be held during September 14th to 3rd October on the portal www.pmmementos.gov.in.

AIR correspondent reports, the mementos include 576 shawls, 964 Angavastram, 88 Pagris and various jackets portraying the diversified and colourful culture of our country. Proceeds raised out of the first phase auction was used for the project Namami Gange.
