Monsoon session of Odisha Assembly begins today

The Monsoon session of Odisha Assembly began today with the address of Governor Prof. Ganeshi Lal.

The Governor said in his address to the newly elected members that the government will leave no stone unturned to give it's best to fulfil the promises it made to the people of Odisha.

The Governor said his government will function with team spirit, transparency, technology for transformation. 

The Governor also said that his government will give priority on providing of drinking water, power supply, irrigation, health, education and development of other infrastructures for development.

His government will also deliver clean, transparent and pro-people governance.

After the address of Governor Chief Minister paid homage to the departed leaders of House and Martyrs. The house was adjourned till the next day after the address of Government Chief whip Pramila Mallick.
