All Union Ministers from Bihar to contest Lok Sabha polls

All Union Ministers from Bihar will contest the forthcoming Lok Sabha elections as the decision was taken in a meeting of a three-member election committee of the BJP chaired by the state party in charge Bhupendra Yadav. 

The meeting was held in Patna on Thursday. Mr Yadav said, the list of the candidates will be released soon.

As per the seat sharing formula, of the 40 Lok Sabha seats in Bihar, BJP and JD(U) will contest 17 seats each, while LJP will contest remaining six seats.
