PM Modi asserts India is now a changed and transformed nation and no one can dare to threaten it

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that recent happening has shown India's prowess and impact of its foreign policy.

He said, today's India is a changed and transformed India and no one can dare to threaten it. Addressing a media conclave in New Delhi last evening, Mr Modi said, new India is fearless, bold and decisive and government is moving ahead with the over 125 crore Indians.

He said, the unity of the countrymen has created a fear in anti-national elements within and outside the country. Mr Modi said, each drop of blood of Indian soldier is precious. 

The Prime Minister said, the country has felt the need of Rafael fighter aircraft today and the whole country is saying in one voice, if India had Rafael, then the situation would have been different.

He said, due to self-interest on Rafael earlier and now politics has caused much damage to the country. Mr Modi said, India is moving forward on its ability and resources and trying to overcome its weaknesses and reducing its challenges.

The Prime Minister urged the opposition not to oppose the security interests of the country. He said, they should keep in mind that in this anti-Modi protest, terrorists like Masood Azhar and Hafiz Saeed should not get support. 

Mr Modi questioned those who ruled the nation for so many years were involved in so many defence scams in their era. He said, the entire nation knows about it. The Prime Minister said, during his tenure,two lakh thirty thousand bullet proof jackets were purchased.

He said, the corridors of power are also free from middlemen because they know that the Government will not tolerate any corruption.He said, 55 months of this NDA Government and 55 years of the others have given two contrasting approaches to governance. 

In a veiled attack on the Congress, Mr Modi said, other Governments had a token approach, but his Government have a vision of total approach.

He said, India has been battling poverty but the Congress gave a token slogan of Garibi Hatao but how to achieve it was not specified. Mr Modi said, if work has to be done, it has to be in totality, not with tokenism.

Commending the media for giving special focus to the Swacch Bharat Mission, Mr Modi said twenty-first century will be of India.
