Yogi Adityanath visits Kumbh Mela city on Saturday

In Uttar Pradesh, with only 9 days left for Kumbh to begin, state government is busy giving final touches to the arrangements in the mela area.

Ministers of the state government are also giving invitation to people of various states of the country to the world's greatest religious gathering.

AIR Correspondent reports that Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath yesterday visited the kumbh mela city and reviewed the preparations. CM said security of women devotees will be first priority of the administration.

Chief Minister unfurled religious flags of three akharas and then inspected various Akharas in the kumbh area with saints and seniors officials.

He also inaugurated special shuttle bus services for the pilgrims in the city. The buses will ferry them from the parking area to the Mela area free of cost. Chief Minister distributed life jackets to 76 sailors and interacted with them.
