PV Sindhu loses to Nozomi Okuhara in summit clash of Thailand Open

In Badminton, Olympic silver medallist PV Sindhu lost to Nozomi Okuhara of Japan in the summit clash of  Thailand Open  in Bangkok today. 

 Okuhara dominated the proceedings to beat  Sindhu 21-15,  21-18 in exactly 50 minutes. By virtue of this win, Okuhara has taken a 6-5 head-to-head win-loss record over Sindhu.  

The last time the duo met at the All England Championships earlier this year, it was Sindhu who prevailed over the Okuhara.
