PM Modi interacts with BJP candidates in Karnataka

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today said, BJP has given primary importance to the politics of development and for Karnataka as well, it has the agenda of fast-paced and all-round development.

The Prime Minister said this while interacting with BJP candidates of the upcoming Karnataka Assembly polls as well as office bearers and elected representatives through the Narendra Modi App.

He said, those who play politics on religion, caste and creed, have nothing to do with the politics of development, they just exploit the emotions of some communities and forget them after the elections.

Mr Modi said, the problems in Indian politics are due to the sins of the Congress, and unless the party's culture is removed, the problems will not be solved. He accused the Congress of spreading lies to win the polls saying that the ruling party in Karnataka is hiring foreign agencies to spread the lies.

The Prime Minister alleged that the Congress government was responsible for state's tardy progress.

Saying that some people are creating a propaganda that there will be hung assembly, Mr Modi urged the people of Karnataka to elect a BJP government with absolute majority to give a fillip to development.

The Prime Minister also pointed out the NDA government's works for the welfare of poor, women and the society's downtrodden.

He said, the development works worth 14,000 crore rupees are in progress in Karnataka.

The Prime Minister added that the Centre has given 27,000 crores to the state for road construction in the last four years as compared to 8,000 crores under UPA regime.
