In Bihar, the relaxation in COVID restrictions in the state after one month came into effect from 5 am this morning.
However, night curfew will continue from 7 pm till 5 am next morning. Educational and religious places will remain closed.
On line teaching will continue in educational institutions. The restrictions will continue till June 15.
Government and private offices will function till 4 pm with fifty percent attendance.
According to the revised guidelines all shops and business establishments will open on alternate days from 6 am to 5 pm.
Only 20 persons will be allowed in marriage and funeral processions.
Government and private functions at public places have been prohibited.
Permission has been given for the movement of private vehicles.
Chief Minister Nitish Kumar said the lockdown has had a positive impact in the state.
Mr Kumar said, positivity rate has declined and recovery rate increased after the lockdown.
