The rapid covid test kit, CoviSelf, has been made by Pune-based Mylab Discovery Solutions Ltd, and on May 19, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) approved the test kit. The kit is priced at 250 rupees and can detect the result in 15 minutes. Now let have a look at the specifications of the CoviSelf kit and how it will help India in the fight against the COVID-19 virus. The CoviSelf kit: priced at 250 rupees The test kit will be widely available across the country in the next few days and one can directly purchase it online or offline. And the testing will be monitored using Mylab’s mobile phone application. The kit will enable citizens to test at home and find out whether they are infected with the COVID-19 virus or not, further giving them clarity in terms of treatment. The test kit will eliminate the efforts of an individual to move out for a covid test which will ultimately help in curbing the virus. The kit will help in speeding the covid testing process The covid testing in the country is already at its peak, but the rolling out of the CoviSelf kit will further reach out to the people in far-flung areas and will make their life easy.
