Central team leaves for West Bengal to review damage caused by cyclone Yaas

A central team from the Ministry of Home Affairs is leaving for West Bengal today to access the damage caused by Cyclone Yaas. The team is headed by a Joint Secretary level officer, will visit South 24 Paragana and East Midnapore districts.

The sources said, the team will be in the state for three days and will also hold meetings with official of West Bengal Disaster Management Authority and state Finance Ministry.
