Railways is playing a crucial role in the collective fight against COVID by transporting oxygen to states: Piyush Goyal

Rail Minister Piyush Goyal has said that Railways is playing a crucial role in the collective fight against COVID-19 by transporting oxygen from oxygen plants to states across the country. In a series of tweets, Mr. Goyal said, Oxygen Express from Angul, Odisha has reached Secunderabad, Telangana carrying oxygen to the State for COVID-19 patients. He said, Indian Railways is continuously helping in the treatment of patients by transporting oxygen and ensuring its availability. Mr Goyal said, Oxygen Express from Durgapur, West Bengal has reached Delhi. The Minister said, another Oxygen Express to Delhi has departed from Angul, Odisha carrying 30.86 tonnes of oxygen for COVID-19 patients.
