Sardar Patel Covid Care Centre starts functioning at Radha Soami Beas in Chhatarpur Delhi with 500 oxygen beds facility

The Sardar Patel Covid Care Centre at Radha Soami Beas Chhatarpur in South Delhi started functioning today morning with the admissions of patients. The Patients referred by the District Surveillance Officer of Delhi Districts are being admitted. There is no walk in admission at the centre. Patients will first report at the reception after initial documentation.

Afterwards, physical examination will be done and they will be admitted to the Hospital. A kit will be provided to them after their admission. All medical treatment, medicines, food and other facilities are being provided free of cost. Services of a stress counselor are also being provided at the centre.

The Home Ministry has designated Indo Tibetan Border Police ITBP as the nodal force for operationalizing the Sardar Patel Covid Care Centre in the National Capital.

According to Indo Tibetan Border Police, the facility with 500 oxygen beds has been operationalized and more beds will be added in the next few days.
